CAFC to Remain Open Through Government Shutdown

The court said all scheduled arguments will proceed as scheduled, including the arguments set for both Washington, D.C., and Boston for the October 2025 session of the court. Electronic case filing will remain open through the CM/ECF system, and all filing deadlines will remain in effect, the court said.
