The court will sit at Suffolk University Law School and Boston University School of Law on Oct. 6, at Northeastern University School of Law and Boston College Law School on Oct. 7, at Harvard Law School and the John Joseph Moakley U.S. Courthouse on Oct. 8, and at Roger Williams University School of Law and the University of Massachusetts School of Law at Dartmouth on Oct. 9.

The remainder of the October session will be held in Washington, D.C., as usual.

The temporary move to Boston is part of the court's effort to fulfill its statutory requirement to provide "reasonable opportunities to citizens to appear before the court," the court said. Previously, the court has held sessions in Minneapolis; Dallas-Fort Worth; Wilmington, Delaware; Philadelphia; Atlanta; and San Francisco.
