Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
China Manufacturers Alliance, LLC, and Double Coin Holdings Ltd., challenging a July CIT opinion sustaining the Commerce Department's decision to assign Double Coin the 105.31% China-wide dumping rate in a review of the antidumping duty order on off-the-road tires from China. #23-2391. Opened Sept. 15.
