The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
Carbon Activated Tianjin Co., Ltd. and Carbon Activated Corp., challenging an April CIT decision upholding the Commerce Department's remand results in the 12th administrative review of the antidumping duty order on activated carbon from China. # 23-2135. Opened July 10.
