General Cable Industries, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its aluminum cable of Harmonized Tariff Schedule 9903.85.0300 was illegally assessed an addition 10% tariff under Section 232, which it says goes against trade court's PrimeSource Building Products v. U.S. opinion. #23-00008. Filed Jan. 12.
