Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:

Asociacion de Exportadores e Industriales de Aceitunas de Mesa, Agro Sevilla Aceitnuas S. Coop. and Angel Camacho Alimentacion, S.L., challenging a September 2022 CIT decision that said that the Commerce Department properly found that a particular EU subsidy to Spanish olive growers was de facto specific in the countervailing duty investigation on ripe olives from Spain. #23-1162.
