Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:

Unicatch Industrial Co., Ltd. TC International, Inc., Hor Liang Industrial Corporation, and Romp Coil Nails Industries Inc., appealing a July CIT decision upholding the Commerce Department's use of the expected method in its calculation of the non-selected respondents' rate in the antidumping duty review of certain steel nails from Taiwan. #22-2241.
