Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and Gulf Coast Express Pipeline, LLC, challenging a July CIT decision dismissing a case seeking Section 232 steel and aluminum tariff exclusions. #22-2097. Opened Aug. 3.
