Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
Zhejiang Machinery Import & Export Corp., appealing a June 23 CIT decision affirming the Commerce Department's remand results that found that Zhejiang failed to show an absence of de facto government control, making it ineligible for a separate rate in the antidumping duty review of tapered roller bearings from China. #21-2257.
