Yesterday was my last day at the Treasury Department. Actually, it was my third last day. But leaving Treasury never gets easier. It has been an immense privilege to work alongside so many dedicated public servants, to experience so many facets of Treasury’s unique mission, and to grow and lead Treasury’s extraordinarily talented team of national security and illicit finance lawyers. I’m off on a new adventure (more about which soon), but I look forward to cheering on the Department’s tireless efforts to safeguard the integrity of the financial system for years to come.
