CBP has issued a Unified Business Resumption Messaging message providing an update on the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. According to CBP, Pensacola Pass will continue to be closed to vessel traffic during flood tide, beginning at 7:00 pm, June 11, 2010. All other waterways are currently open with no restrictions.
CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that the fix for the program to generate approximately 1300 daily and monthly final statements was not completed on June 21, 2010. The statements were still pending generation to the trade. CBP anticipated fixing this program by COB June 22 with the missing statements being provided to the trade on June 23.
