Clear Terms

Search Primer

Term list: Separate terms with spaces, not commas or semicolons.

Multi-word term: Place inside quotes to ensure an exact match (e.g. "surrogate value").

Acronyms: Use all capital letters to ensure the search is not looking for that letter sequence instead. (e.g., CIT).

Powdered Sugar Imports Not Subject to AD/CVD on Sugar From Mexico

Powdered sugar processed and packaged in Mexico using U.S.-origin refined sugar imported by Batory Foods and Rafi Industries is not subject to the agreements suspending antidumping and countervailing duties on sugar from Mexico (A-201-845/C-201-846), the Commerce Department announced in a Feb. 28 scope ruling. The department also recommended imposing a certification requirement for the imported sugar.

Fourteen models of passenger vehicle and light truck wheels imported by Keystone Automotive Industries aren’t subject to antidumping and countervailing duty orders on steel wheels 12 to 16.5 inches in diameter from China (A-570-090/C-570-091), the Commerce Department announced in a Feb. 24 scope ruling. Keystone’s wheels can’t be used for trailers, it explained.
