EU Trade Chief 'Absolutely Convinced' Chinese EV Duties Will Hold Up in Court

“I can assure you that we are absolutely convinced that the investigation we did is in total compliance, absolutely according to the book of the” World Trade Organization, Sefcovic said during a European Parliament Committee on International Trade hearing this week. “So we are sure that we will be successful in defending our decision.”
