- Harmonized System Updates (HSU) 2417 and 2418: HSU 2417 was created on Nov. 21 and contains 5,000 Harmonized Tariff Schedule records and 24,040 Automated Broker Interface records. HSU 2418 was created on Nov. 21 and contains 667 HTS records and 3,242 ABI records. HSU 2417 and 2418 contain the 2024 Cotton Fee amendments and PGA flag updates (here).
