  • CBP is notifying the Office of Management and Budget that it's extending until Dec. 23 the information collection period for procedures related to the construction, installation or maintenance of foreign exhibits at a designated trade fair. These goods may be entered duty free provided that the consignee of the merchandise provides information to CBP about the imported goods pursuant to federal code (here)
  • QB 25-412 2024 fine denier polyester staple fiber temporary importation under bond (TIB) absolute quota goes into effect on Nov. 23 (here)
  • New error codes for EPA's Hydrofluorocarbon Program: EPA will be rolling out minor refinements to the validations of some business rules pertaining to the import of hydrofluorocarbons. These error codes are expected in CBP’s CERTIFICATION environment on Dec. 13 and in the PRODUCTION environment in late January (here)
