  • Reminder of § 920.303 container marking regulations -- kiwifruit imports: Each package or container of kiwifruit shall bear on at least one outside principal display panel in plain sight and in plain letters, the word kiwifruit, the name of the variety (if other than the Hayward variety), if known or, when the variety is not known, the words unknown variety (here).
  • CBP recommends adding a “Cybersecurity Point of Contact” to your ACE portal account: CBP is urging all members of the trade community to add a Technical Point of Contact designated for cybersecurity to their ACE portal account for CBP to contact if a legitimate cybersecurity threat is identified (here).
  • Air manifest split release posting incorrectly: CBP is aware of an issue with certain split air manifest postings since Oct. 17. In certain situations, not all parts of split shipments are being correctly released by a 1C posting. CBP is working to resolve the issue (here).
