- GUIDANCE: Section 301 Four-Year Review Modifications: CBP has provided guidance on the modifications made to Section 301 pursuant to the findings of the four-year review of actions taken in the Section 301 investigation of China’s acts, policies, and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation (here).
- Updates to CBP Air Cargo Advance Screening (ACAS) Implementation Guide Document and ACAS Frequently Asked Questions are posted online (here)
- Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2413 and 2414: CBP was advised of an issue in update 2413 that included the Section 301 4-Year Review adjustments. The issue was investigated, resolved, and a revised HSU (2414) was published (here)
- The ACE Cargo Release CBP and Trade Automated Interface Requirements (CATAIR) and the Draft ACE Cargo Release CATAIR documents have been updated (here)
- S301 Ship-to-Shore Crane (54-Record, Type 10) Deployed: S301 Ship-to-Shore Crane was deployed to both the Certification and Production environment and is effective Sept. 27 (here).
