CBP to Centralize Drawback Functions at a Single Center
CBP will centralize drawback functions under one Center of Excellence and Expertise, the agency said in a Sept. 25 cargo systems message.

Effective Oct. 1, the Houston Field Office under the Petroleum, Natural Gas and Minerals Center of Excellence and Expertise will manage drawback specialists and their functions. There will be no changes to the submission and processing of claims, submission of ruling and privilege application requests, or drawback points of contact and email attributes, CBP said.
