European Firm Share Logistics Acquires New Jersey-Based Custom Broker Export-Import Services
Share Logistics, a company headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands, has acquired New Jersey-based customs broker Export-Import Services, the buyer announced in a June 13 news release.

Export-Import Services specializes in customs brokerage focused on the food and beverage, machinery, automotive and chemicals industries. It will be charged with leading all customs brokerage activities for Share Logistics in the U.S., while the new parent company will provide all other supply chain services, according to the release. Terms of the purchase weren't provided.
