The following lawsuits were recently filed at the Court of International Trade:
Custom Metalcrafters Inc., challenging CBP’s denial of its protest claiming its aluminum cladding panels came from Taiwan, not China, and aren’t subject to respective AD/CVD rates of 86.01% and 7.37%. # 24-00081. Filed April 12.
Catfish Farmers of America, challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's 2021-2022 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam. # 24-00082. Filed April 12.
