“This freeze is necessary to promote transparency and predictability for window filers, said the PN. “It also is designed to provide sufficient time for applicants and consulting engineers to verify the availability of spectrum and perfect applications.” The freeze will continue until the LPFM window closes Nov. 8, the PN said.
