The bill is co-sponsored by Reps. Marcy Kaptur, D-Ohio; Frank Pallone, D-N.J.; Steve Cohen, D-Tenn.; Gerry Connolly, D-Va.; Bill Keating, D-Mass.; Susan Wild, D-Pa.; Colin Allred, D-Texas; Brendan Boyle, D-Pa.; and Ruben Gallego, D-Ariz. The bill’s text wasn’t immediately available.
