Victor Ban, a former attorney at Covington & Burling, has been hired as a special counsel, to help develop a supply chain policy. Ban is a licensed customs broker.
Roberto Soberanis, a former congressional aide and Department of Labor official, has been hired as the assistant USTR for intergovernmental affairs and public engagement.
