“Every Oregonian should have access to safe, adequate, and reasonably continuous telephone service,” said Commissioner Letha Tawney Wednesday: “The PUC’s investigation was launched as these families in the Jacksonville area continue to experience service quality and reliability issues with their landline phone and internet service.” Lumen declined comment.
