- Allison Smith, deputy assistant U.S. trade representative for congressional affairs. Smith was deputy chief of staff for Rep. Suzanne Bonamici, D-Ore., who served on the USMCA working group that made changes to the USMCA negotiated by the Trump administration.
- Kamau Marshall, deputy assistant U.S. trade representative for media and public affairs. Marshall was director of strategic communications for the Joe Biden campaign.
- Tommy Wolfe, deputy executive secretary. He was a legislative assistant for Virgin Islands Delegate Stacey Plaskett.
