Circular Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe From Mexico and South Korea (A-201-805, A-580-809). Mando America Corporation, requesting a scope ruling that its mechanical tubing “base shell” products that are produced to ASTM A-513 specification for automotive applications (i.e., shock absorbers) are not subject to AD/CV duties.
