"Going from a bandwidth of 500 MHz to 400 MHz or even 300 MHz could directly and adversely affect the availability of frequencies and transponders," the latter cut from 40 to 20, a lawyer for PSSI Global wrote of CEO Robert Lamb meeting aides to FCC Chairman Ajit Pai including Chief of Staff Matthew Berry.
