Thursday, North Carolina lawmakers added another small-cells bill to the map. Under HB-310, small cells would not be subject to zoning review, and applications would be deemed granted if not reviewed after 60 days. Localities could charge up to $100 per facility for the first five listed in an application and $50 for each additional facility.
