telecom services: BellSouth Analog Voice Grade Private Line Services, BellSouth Program Audio Service and BellSouth Analog Video Service-TV-1, said a commission public notice in docket 13-5 listed in Tuesday's Daily Digest. AT&T originally "grandfathered" existing customers for the affected services, which were replaced by IP-based alternatives in new offers, but it recently said it doesn't have any customers and thus seeks to discontinue the services altogether.
