PROs -- the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, Broadcast Music Inc. and the Society of European Stage Authors and Composers -- jointly sought distribution of 95 percent of the 2012 and 2013 DART Musical Works Fund royalties (see 1605170059). CRB's OK took effect Monday, the board said in Tuesday's Federal Register.
