alleged the Apple Watch Sport’s ION-X strengthened glass infringes Saxon’s own IONEX mark. Saxon is requesting a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order banning import and sale of the Apple Watch Sport. Apple representatives didn’t comment Wednesday.
