The STELA Reauthorization Act orders the commission to adopt rules allowing the modification of commercial TV stations’ local TV market for purposes of satellite carriage rights, the commission said. This includes the promotion of consumers’ access to TV broadcast station signals originating in their state of residence, it said. Also at the meeting, commissioners will vote on transferring a number portability contract to Telcordia from Neustar (see 1503060037).
