said it plans to offer gigabit in all of its markets by the end of 2016. Cox said it doubled its broadband speeds in October, increasing its Internet Preferred tier to 50 Mbps, its Premier tier to 100 Mbps and its Ultimate tier to 150 Mbps, it said Monday in a news release.
