Commissioner Michael O’Rielly for a full term in October, and committee Republicans have told us they would like the Senate to approve O’Rielly’s renomination in the lame-duck session (see 1410100087). O’Rielly’s term expired this summer, and he is empowered as a commissioner through the end of next year.
