June 9, 2010 CBP Bulletin on 2 Revocations/1 Withdrawal

In the June 9, 2010 issue of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Bulletin (Vol. 44, No. 24), CBP published notices to revoke two rulings and withdraw one proposed revocation regarding the products described below.

Revocations Effective August 9, Withdrawal Effective Immediately

The two revocations are effective for merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after August 9, 2010. In addition to revoking the identified rulings, CBP’s notice covers any rulings on this merchandise which may exist but have not been specifically identified. CBP is also revoking any treatment it has previously accorded to substantially identical transactions.

The withdrawal of the proposed revocation is effective immediately.
