Importers Can Grant Access to Specific Importer of Record Number, Filer Code

Importers can grant access to a user for a specific importer of record number (IR) and filer code. There is no need to identify ports within the filer code as they have no bearing on the data the user will see when running ACE reports.

Brokers Can Grant Access to Specific Importer of Record Number

Brokers can grant access to a user for a specific IR. When running ACE reports the user will only see data associated to the IR number and filer code that granted them the access.

Brokers with Access to Port Code 9900 Can See All Entry Summaries, Including RLF

Broker account users with access to port code 9900 can see all entry summaries, including Remote Location Filing (RLF) summaries, when running ACE reports. Broker account users without access to port code 9900 continue to see entry summaries from only permitted ports for which they have been granted access when running ACE reports.
