AD: China Lawn and Garden Steel Fence Posts

The International Trade Administration has issued a notice amending its final antidumping duty determination and order on lawn and garden steel fence posts from China in order to revise the AD duty rate of one company, as there is now a final and conclusive court decision in the proceeding.

(The ITA issued its second remand redetermination to the Court of International Trade in July 2005. On September 22, 2005, the CIT sustained the ITA's second remand redetermination.)

As a result, the ITA is revising the AD duty rate for one company as follows:

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 06/14/07:

The ITA notes that the China-wide entity rate continues to be 15.61% as determined in its final determination.

ITA to Issue CBP Instructions, Liquidation of Entries at New AD Rate, Etc.

The ITA will issue instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection to revise the AD cash deposit rate for Hebei Metals, effective June 14, 2007, within five business days of June 14, 2007. Because Hebei Metals received a preliminary injunction, the ITA will also instruct CBP to liquidate all entries, for which no review was requested, at the new AD cash deposit rate.
