CBP Issues Extensive FAQ on ACE System & Its Application
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has posted to its Web site a lengthy document on the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) entitled "ACE Frequently Asked Questions."

CBP adds that very few problems that users encounter are entirely new. This FAQ collects often-asked questions and answers about the ACE system and its application into a single document so that users can quickly find the answer to their question. Often if it doesn't cover the exact symptoms one is experiencing, it has something similar that will help.
