2. FDA Establishes Uniform Compliance Date for Food Labeling Regulations Issued Between 01/01/07 - 12/31/08

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a final rule that establishes a uniform compliance date of January 1, 2010 for food labeling regulations that are issued between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2008. 3. ITA Quarterly Update to Annual List of Foreign Subsidies on Cheese

The International Trade Administration (ITA), in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture, has prepared its quarterly update to the annual list of foreign government subsidies on articles of cheese subject to an in-quota rate of duty during the period July 1, 2006 through September 30, 2006. The ITA provides an appendix to its notice which lists the country, the subsidy program(s), and the gross and net amounts of each subsidy for which information is currently available.
