All others | (b) |

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/04 - 12/31/04)
Because Gidasa did not receive countervailable subsidies during the review period, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to liquidate all of Gidasa's entries without regard to CV duties.
For all non-reviewed companies, the ITA has instructed CBP to assess CV duties at the CV cash deposit rates in effect at the time of entry, for entries during January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004.
(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, a scope ruling, etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 06/13/06 news, 06061335, for BP summary of the preliminary results of this CV duty administrative review.)
