2006 Pleasure Boat Clearance Procedures. CBP has posted to its Web site information on the 2006 pleasure boat clearance procedures. According to the document, pleasure boat masters arriving in the New York/Newark area must make an initial report of arrival to CBP by calling 1-877-209-8526 and the vessel masters must have specified information required by CBP available. SENTRI Application Information Available. CBP has posted application information on the Secure Electronic Network for Travelers Rapid Inspection (SENTRI) to its Web site. SENTRI is a land border management process that provides expedited CBP processing for pre-approved, low-risk travelers.
