The ITA's final results of redetermination pursuant to remand were submitted to the Court of International Trade (CIT) in March 2006. In its remand, the ITA determined that Maria Yee qualifies for the Section A respondent rate in this AD duty investigation, rather than the China-wide rate.
As a result, the ITA will direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to require the AD cash deposit rate listed below, for entries of subject merchandise from Maria Yee with a time of entry on or after June 22, 2006:
AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 06/22/06:
Company | Amended AD Duty Rate |
---|---|
Guangzhou Maria Yee Furnishings Ltd. and Pyla HK Ltd. (Maria Yee) | 6.65% (from 198.08%) |
(According to CBP, this amended rate is for subject merchandise produced by Guangzhou Maria Yee Furnishings Ltd., exported by Pyla HK, Ltd., and imported by Maria Yee Inc.)
