2. Various Postings to CBP's Web Site

The following are various documents that have been posted to the CBP Web site:

TSN training requirements survey. CBP posted a survey to solicit the trade community's preferences for future Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) functionality training. This survey was accessible only to Trade Support Network (TSN) members who received a password via the TSN email network (Survey, dated 06/19/06).

Focused Assessment Program (FAP) points of contact. CBP has posted an updated list of contact names and phone numbers for its Focused Assessment Program (FAP). Fact sheet on TSN's business input into modernization. CBP has issued a fact sheet which details the business input of the TSN into modernization. This fact sheet also includes a small number of frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding the TSN. U.S.-Canada trusted traveler highway program (NEXUS) fully integrated. CBP has announced that NEXUS Highway applicants can now apply at any of six joint enrollment centers and existing program members can use their NEXUS cards at any of 11 highway locations on the northern border. Third Northern Border air branch will open in summer 2006. CBP has announced the signing of a lease for the Great Falls, MT, Air Branch. The press release notes that an advance team will begin working in summer 2006 to set up the Air Branch and some operations may begin as early as September 2006. CBP dedicates a new port of entry at Tri-Cities, TN/VA. CBP has announced that it has established its newest port of entry on June 15, 2006. According to CBP, the Tri-Cities Regional User-Fee Airport will now be known as Port of Tri-Cities, TN/VA. Know Before You Go brochure. CBP has posted a July 17, 2006 version of its brochure entitled "Know Before You Go - U.S. Customs and Border Protection Regulations for U.S. Residents." 3. Miscellaneous CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions

CBP has issued messages on a number of antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CV) duty actions, many of which (marked by an * in the action column) were previously published in the Federal Register by the International Trade Administration (ITA) and summarized in International Trade Today.

(The CBP messages marked with an * cover much of the same information as the ITA notices; however, CBP's messages often list the 10-character case number specific to each listed company(s). ITA notices only list the 7-character master case number. In addition, sometimes the master case number for CBP purposes (in parentheses, below, where applicable) differs from the ITA master case number.)
