AD: China Freshwater Crawfish Tail Meat
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the amended final results of its antidumping (AD) duty administrative review and amended order pursuant to a final and conclusive Court of International Trade (CIT) decision regarding the September 1, 1999 through August 31, 2000 AD duty administrative review of freshwater crawfish tail meat from China.

The ITA explains that the amended AD duty final results treats Jiangsu Hilong International Trade Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Hilong) and Ningbo Nanlian Frozen Foods Company, Ltd. (Ningbo Nanlian) as unaffiliated, non-collapsed entities.
Ningbo Nalian's AD duty rate unchanged. Even with this amendment, Ningbo Nanlian's AD duty rate is unchanged from the Ningbo Nanlian/Jiangsu Hilong combination rate assigned in the 1999/2000 AD duty final results of administrative review. The ITA explains that this rate was based solely on Ningbo Nanlian's sales and, as such, Ningbo Nanlian's rate for the period of review continues to be 62.51%.
Jiangsu Hilong's AD rate unable to be calculated. Because the ITA did not initiate a review of Jiangsu Hilong for the 1999/2000 AD duty administrative review (no such review was requested by any party), but only reviewed the company's information as part of the Ningbo Nanlian/Jiangsu Hilong single entity, the ITA cannot calculate an AD duty margin for Jiangsu Hilong as a separate entity in this segment of the proceeding. ITA sources explain that Jiangsu Hilong did not have any shipments of subject merchandise during the period of review and its AD duty cash deposit rate remains at 62.77%.
