The ITA preliminarily determines to apply an adverse facts available (AFA) rate to Paramount's sale.
The ITA preliminarily determines that AFA should be applied to JFE and Kawasaki during the review period for declining to participate, and for not cooperating with the ITA in this administrative review.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of March 7, 2006 (India) and March 9, 2006 (Japan).
