CBP has issued its weekly quota commodity report as of September 26, 2005. This report includes tariff-rate quotas (TRQs) on various products such as beef, tuna, sugar, dairy products, peanuts, cotton, cocoa powder, tobacco, certain JFTA, NAFTA, SFTA, UAFTA and UCFTA TRQs, etc. This report also includes the AGOA, ATPDEA, CBTPA, NAFTA, SFTA, and UCFTA (CFTA) tariff preference levels (TPLs) for qualifying apparel and/or other textile articles, the TRQs on worsted wool fabrics, etc. (CBP's weekly quota commodity report, dated 09/26/05, available at http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/import/textiles_and_quotas/commodity/)

ACE resource contact guide. CBP has issued an updated table of email addresses and phone numbers to contact for information or assistance regarding information and technical support for ACE. CSI Port of Kaohsiung is operational. The Port of Kaohsiung, Taiwan is the 38th operational port to join the Container Security Initiative (CSI). Requirements for Electronic Ruling Requests. CBP has reposted under the What's New section of its Web site a document outlining the requirements for submitting electronic ruling requests. Remote Location Filing contacts. CBP has updated its list of Remote Location Filing (RLF) contacts which includes the port name, Electronic Invoice Program/RLF coordinator name, phone number and fax number. CBP has issued a notice regarding the 2005/2006 aggregate regional tariff preference level (TPL) for certain wearing apparel and textile products from the Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Eradication Act (ATPDEA) countries.
