(a) The ITA has determined that a final de minimis CV duty rate of 0.08% exists, as a result the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to liquidate shipment of honey from Argentina with a time of entry on or after January 1, 2003 and on or before December 31, 2003 without regard to CV duties.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/03 - 12/31/03)
The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of June 24, 2005.
The ITA further states that because the CV duty rate is de minimis, it will instruct CBP to continue to suspend liquidation of entries but to collect no cash deposits of estimated CV duties for all shipments of honey from Argentina with a time of entry on or after June 24, 2005.
(See ITA notice for more information, including a discussion of programs determined to be countervailable, the scope of the order, etc. See ITT's "Online Archives or 01/10/05 news, 05011055, for BP summary of the preliminary results of this CV duty administrative review.)
