U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has posted the following to its Web site:

CBP discontinues daily posting of Textile Critical List. CBP has issued a memorandum announcing that effective June 1, 2005 it is discontinuing the daily posting of the Textile Critical List on the internet/intranet. CBP notes that the Textile Critical List will only be used for staged entries of merchandise shipped in excess of the China safeguard limits. Eagle X-Ray System Fact Sheet. CBP has issued a fact sheet containing information on its "Eagle" Mobile Sea Container X-ray System, which is a self-propelled non-intrusive inspection (NII) technology system designed for examining sea containers and other cargo conveyances. CBP Deploys Eagle X-Ray System to Baltimore Seaport. CBP has issued a press release announcing that on June 2, 2005, the Eagle Mobile Sea Container X-ray System was deployed to the Baltimore Seaport. ITA notices only list the 7-character master case number.
