AD/CV: Turkey Steel Concrete Rebar, Canada Pure and Alloy Magnesium, and Canada Softwood Lumber Products
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative review as well as the following countervailing (CV) duty administrative reviews and new shipper review:

CV duty new shipper review
(a) both of these companies have preliminary de minimis AD duty rates (Colakoglu: 0.01% and Diler: 0.33%)
(b) ICDAS has received a preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.47% and the ITA has also preliminarily determined to revoke the AD duty order for ICDAS effective April 1, 2004. The ITA adds that for purposes of this proceeding it has preliminarily collapsed ICDAS with its affiliated rolling mill, Demir Sanayi ve Celik Ticaret ve Sanayi A.S.
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty and CV duty administrative reviews as well as this CV duty new shipper review, which are due within 120 days of May 6, 2005 (Certain Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bars from Turkey), 120 days of May 10, 2005 (Pure Magnesium and Alloy Magnesium from Canada), and within 90 days of May 3, 2005 (Certain Softwood Lumber Products from Canada).
