CBP Issues 11 "Recently Revised/Reviewed" Informed Compliance Publications

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has posted the following recently revised or reviewed Informed Compliance Publications (ICPs), with May 2005 dates, to its Web site:

Timely, relevant coverage of court proceedings and agency rulings involving tariffs, classification, valuation, origin and antidumping and countervailing duties. According to CBP, these publications are intended to provide guidance and information to the trade community and reflect the position on or interpretation of the applicable laws or regulations by CBP as of the date of publication.
